I had another experience where the 5 BN became clear to me again:
On Saturday I was chopping firewood with my husband. I was only wearing very light fabric sneakers.
Suddenly he threw a big chunk of wood right in front of my foot and I was really scared because I was really worried about my toes. Luckily I was able to pull my foot back in time.
On Saturday evening my skin started to tingle around three of my toes, exactly where I was afraid the block of wood would hit me.
On Sunday morning there were typical symptoms of athlete's foot, i.e. itching and also tearing of the skin between the toes and burning. I then had an apple cider vinegar foot bath and since Tuesday it has been calm again.
